Column no. 1 Name of complainant
Column no. 2. Accused who are innocent/dead or proclaimed offenders. PO name will be written with red ink. Deceased in black and innocent in blue ink
Column no. 3 related to accused who are arrested
Column. 4 is about accused who are on bail
Column no. 5 is about maal muqadma/case property. Usually register no. 19 ka number lga hota hy.
Column no. 6 contains names of witnesses(formal + informal)
Column no. 7 is about crux of investigation i. e. When IO started investigation till submission of challan. Challan is prepared by IO then he got it signed/forwarded by SHO and submitted in court through prosecutor
